Shipping

Once an order is received and accepted, it will be packed and posted within 1-3 business days. All orders are delivered via Australia Post. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to Australian PO Boxes. Goods delivered within Australia metropolitan and surrounding areas will generally take between 3 - 7 working days, regional and rural areas may take longer, please note that during peak periods delivery times may increase.

All orders will come with a shipping tracking reference number.

Payment methods

All prices and shipping values are expressed in Australian dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. 

Inaccuracy

Stretch Out strives to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. If an item is listed with inaccurate information or at an incorrect price, Stretch Out reserves the right to cancel orders related to that item. 

Liability

Stretch Out accepts no liability for any loss or damages as a result of use of this website or any website related to this website. Stretch Out can not be held liable for delays in delivery, caused by unforeseen circumstances with your banking institution or delays/errors made by postal or courier carriers, however we will make every effort to assist and compensate customers, if necessary.

Returns and exchanges

Stretch Out offers refunds only on items that arrive with a manufacturing fault.

Manufacturing faults present very differently to a mistreated garment. Please keep this in mind before contacting us for an assessment. An assessment of garments is required for a return. Garments will be assessed with the following in mind - 

• the garment care and swing tag instructions have been followed
• misuse or mistreatment of garments with reasonable wear and tear for each garment in mind
• life expectancy of a garment is dependent on factors such as : how the items have been treated and cared for when worn, washed and been stored 

We do not offer exchanges. As we have frequent changes in stock levels and exclusive collections, we instead allow returning of your item for a store credit to repurchase the correct size/style. Shipping costs will not be credited. 

Item (s) must be returned within 14 days of your order being delivered, to be eligible for a store credit. Item (s) must be in the original unworn, unwashed condition, with tags and packaging included.

Sale items: Sale or discounted items are final sale. Items can not be exchanged, refunded or credited.

We have made every effort to ensure the colours of our garments, display correctly on this website. However, due to differences in individual monitor and or/device settings, we can not guarantee that your individual monitors display of a colour will be completely true.
